So Heidi Klum definitely had the best Halloween Costume this year, mainly because she was the only female celebrity who didn’t go as a “sexy firewoman”, “sexy policewoman”, or “sexy slut” this year. Seal might have dressed up too, but he’s scary looking no matter what, so I can’t really attribute it to his costume.
