Man oh man, Amanda Bynes 21st birthday celebration looks like the party of the year. Not only did they order a cake that “Happy Birthd Ama” — which is like, totally hilarious, right? — but in the second picture they all just stuck their hands in and tasted the frosting without even using forks or anything! And just look at the venue. Pure madness, I tell you. Those crazy kids!
