Don’t people always complain that Miss America is a scholarship program and not a beauty pageant? I’m not complaining about it, because I like looking at these pictures. But it just seems counterproductive to say that it’s not based on looks when they made the contestants stroll around in bikini’s and judged them on abs and tit size.
