Lindsay Lohan is being sued. Again.

Oh look, Lindsay Lohan is being sued yet again. This time, by some guy named Raymundo Ortega. He’s actually suing both her and the Ivy — Lindsay for ramming the back of his car with her Mercedes, and the Ivy for alledgedly serving alcoholic beverages to the underage star. I guess the cool new thing to do in Hollywood is sue stars for stuff that happened a couple years back. Is it too late to sue her for making a movie as awful as “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen”?
