Uh, that’s not Vanessa Minnillo

So Page Six is claiming that the other girl in the pictures of Lindsay Lohan with a knife that I posted yesterday is actually Nick Lachey’s girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo. Which would be plausible if it weren’t for the fact that the chick in the pictures is hot, and Vanessa Minnillo looks like her face may have been eaten by vultures. But don’t worry, I can see how you’d make that mistake. If you’re blind.

Then again, as we also learned yesterday, Hollywood makeup artists have some kind of magical serum that turns “incredibly fug” into “incredibly hot”. I didn’t think Vanessa Minnillo’s star-status was high enough to have access to this magical potion, but it’s always a possibility I guess.
