So I haven’t quite figured out what the point of buying a short dress and then hiking it up even further is, but that’s exactly what Petra Nemcova did in these pictures. I also don’t know what the point in even wearing it was when you can pretty much see her goodies anyway. I’m surprised there weren’t any crotch shots of her getting out of her car, but maybe the paparazzi were too in awe of it to remember to snap the pictures. Oh well.
