Lindsay Lohan has reportedly checked into Promises Rehab Center to fight her substance-abuse problems again (read: she wants to find other addicts to share tips with). This will be the second time Lindsay has visiting a rehab center this year, although last time she “attended”, she was seen out and about almost every night.
