According to TMZ, Paris Hilton might be going to jail for 45 days for repeatedly violating her suspended license. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the prosecutors are now asking for the following consequences in addition to this:
Prosecutors also want her to be ordered “not to consume any alcohol for a continuous period of 90 days.” During that 90-day period, prosecutors want her “to be monitored for alcohol consumption … by use of a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense.”
The City Attorney wants more. Because of her “flagrant” driving violations, they want her license suspended for an additional four months — and they want her car impounded for 30 days.
Paris Hilton not consuming alcohol for 30 days is like Lindsay Lohan not sleeping with every guy she meets. It’s just never gonna happen. Paris Hilton can’t even remember not to get behind the wheel of a car… you really think she’s gonna be able to handle not consuming any alcoholic beverages for 30 days? Maybe the “SCRAM” device can automatically shock her whenever she consumes alocohol. Except then they can make it so you just push a button and it zaps her no matter what she’s doing. Although realistically, that would probably cause it to go off less than if it was automated.
