Britney Spears reportedly spent two days in Las Vegas getting liposuction since she has been having trouble losing those “last few pounds” since giving birth to her second son, Jayden James Federline, late last year. And while it doesn’t surprise me that she got lipo, it does surprise me that she thinks she only has a “last few pounds” to lose. The girl’s like three times the size she was when people started calling her fat. I’m pretty sure that 2007 Britney would eat 2003 Britney as an appetizer, and still have plenty of room for more. I’m not saying she needs to get back to that size, but just lose enough weight so that nobody in the audience is worried that the stage could collapse beneath her during her next tour.
