Man oh man, Amanda Bynes 21st birthday celebration looks like the party of the year. Not only did they order a cake that “Happy Birthd Ama” — which is like, totally hilarious, right? — but in the second picture they all just stuck their hands in and tasted the frosting without even using forks or anything! And just look at the venue. Pure madness, I tell you. Those crazy kids!

Well, let’s just hope the cake tasted good. It looked pretty tame compared to my 21st LOL.

I guess she is trying to keep a squeaky clean image. I suppose we should all applaud that she didn’t celebrate her 21st in rehab, such as the current trends.

I just can’t get past the image of her dressed up all Hee-Haw on her old Nick show. It’s hard to picture her as an attractive grown-up.
