I don’t know what they’re feeding them at Promises rehab clinic, but I’m pretty sure this is the first (and only) time I’ll ever post pictures of someone that has three chins. Honestly, how is that even possible? Did she eat some of the other people in the clinic? Even Rosie doesn’t have that many.
Oh, and I almost posted the other pictures from this gallery, but then I remembered that I want to keep my lunch down and stopped.
