Here are some pictures of Britney Spears smiling since she’s out of rehab. Or at least I think she’s smiling. She might be getting ready to eat the camera. I doubt they feed them as often as she’d like at the clinic. Lucky for us, she was only out temporarily to go to an AA meeting, so you don’t have to worry about your children getting nightmares if they see the scary bald lady out and about in person.
