It’s probably not a good idea to smoke pot when you’re in public, especially if you’re a celebrity. But that didn’t stop Mischa Barton from doing so while driving her car around Los Angeles on Wednesday. Can’t you get arrested for something like that? You’d think so, but apparently there’s no mandatory jail sentence for being a total moron.
