Did Paris Hilton get a boob job?

Does it look like Paris Hilton’s recent “eye surgery” might have been a coverup for a boob job to anyone else? Because as far as I can remember, she’s had the chest of a 14-year-old boyscout. And before you tell me it’s just a push up bra, keep in mind that you actually have to have something to push up in order for that to work.
