Jessica Simpson will have her own restaurant

Jessica Simpson’s father, Joe Simpson, is creating a new chain of restaurants similar to Hooter’s called Daisy Dukes, which will feature scantily clad girls in tight jean skirts like the character in the movie Dukes of Hazzard. The first restaurant will be located inside Caesars Palace Casino in Last Vegas. Of course, Joe wasn’t thinking about just any scantily clad girls when he came up with this idea — Jessica will reportedly make appearances at the restaurants throughout the year.
