Jennifer Lopez won’t do Dallas

Jennifer Lopez has abruptly quit the movie “Dallas”, in which she was supposed to play JR Ewing’s wife Sue Ellen. She originally threatened to leave the picture if they had cast Jessica Simpson in the role of Lucy Ewing, but when Katie Cassidy was chosen instead, it was believed that she was happy with the choice and would continue with the movie as planned. There’s no word as to why she’s chosen to quit the movie, and her publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, only released this short statement:

She is out of ‘Dallas’.

I guess that Leslie’s too busy trying to deal with covering up Lindsay Lohan’s recent drunken hijinks to worry about making up a story about J. Lo. But it doesn’t really matter, because I doubt the rest of the cast misses Jennifer anyway. Mainly because she’s a total diva bitch. And smells funny.
