I totally agree with you Jordan… I like Angelina and she’s like, a million times hotter than Jen.

Jennifer Aniston is a lovely woman and a terrific comic actress. She is NOT strong at drama, however, and in no way resembles Marianne Pearl (but Angelina does). I think it is ridiculous that she would have ever been considered for the role.

The truth is, people just plain don’t really like Jennifer Aniston or her lame-ass movies, myself included. She’s boring, old, and, with all the drama surrounding the divorce, kind of whiney and way too sorry for herself. If I were head of a production company, I’d want to fill my movies’ roles with people who are going to bring in money too. I say good on Brad.

I cannot stand to watch Angelina act anymore, since she married that old ass guy and made out with her brother she hasn’t given one decent performance… but hey, I’m pretty sure I wasn’t gonna go see this crap anyway…

ms anniston’s next project should take her back to her roots…revitalize the leprechan franchise….leprechan returns!

I think it IS mean, no matter who is hotter. I have lost a lot of respect for both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in the pure tactlessness of the way they’ve handled their relationship/pregnancy/everything. I probably won’t go see the movie, because I don’t want to support homewreckers and cheating husbands.

That said, I don’t think Jennifer Aniston is good at drama roles, and I don’t think she’d be good in this role. But choosing Angelina Jolie is just plain callous.

Tactlessness!? You are one to talk! This movie isn’t about Angelina Jolie, it’s about Daniel Pearl. I could understand if this were some cheesy movie designed purely for profit, but this is a movie all Americans should see. It is so “tacky” to boycott a movie because of the actor’s/actresses’ personal life.

Besides, Angelina has experience in bio-pics (Gia, George Wallace) and Jennifer Aniston doesn’t. Regardless of Angelina’s personal decisions, she is a great actress and I think it’s silly to not choose her so it doesn’t hurt JA’s feelings. She’s a grown woman and she can get over it. This is Hollywood and I think rejection is something she (JA) should be used to by now.

I think the only reason JA would have ever been considered for this part in the first place is because she would have pulled the “spouse card”. Also, I think Ms. Pearl is outspoken and if she had intended JA to play her she would have said something or at least not have been as publicly supportive of Angelina Jolie as she has been.

Emm i really dont think Angelina can do more than one trick and thats cheese fighting. Her acting skills are not the worse but they aint great.
Jenifer is great at comady and truthfully i profer her on screen (i dont care about looks or personal life) i do however feel that this dision was probably made on personle life and thats plain silly! This is role on a seriouse subject about people whos family are still around picking or watching a film cos you find a women hot is silly they should cast someone who will do the role justs out of the two Jenifer is better but honestly there are many other ladies out there that would be better for this role.
