Paris Hilton is handicapped

Paris Hilton has been seen parking in the handicapped spot of a Los Angeles apartment complex when she visits Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart. It’s likely, however, that Paris doesn’t realize that the handicapped spots are reserved for the physically handicapped, and not the mentally handicapped like herself.
